$300 Day 1  (Let's do business)
We'll send you an invoice for $300.
This can be paid by check or online.
Week 1  (We create a rendering)
We'll  create a computer-generated rendering of how your site will appear.  We will present our artwork for your approval.
If you are not 100% pleased, there is no obligation to continue!
If necessary, we can discuss and revise our artwork for free or
discuss and completely re-design it for $150.
Week 2  (Set-up Web Host)
If needed we'll help you acquire your Web Hosting Server and Domain Name.  Our help with this is free, but expect to pay about $70 - $100 per year for the account.
$600 Week 2  (Retainer for development)
We'll send you an invoice for $600.
This can be paid by check or online.

Week 2 ~ 3  (Development time...)

Using your approved rendering, we will develop a custom template that will be used throughout your website.  We allocate up to 25 hours of labor and on average we can develop 5 to 10 Web Pages in that timeframe.  (e.g. Home, About Us, Contact Us.. etc.)  If your site needs more pages let us know. Special rates apply to larger sites.

( Note: The development timeframe is based on us receiving from you, your text, photos, and other content that is to be used on your website.  If you need help creating your content, let us know and we'll provide you with a quote for that service. )

When complete, you own it!  No monthly fees for development.  No strings attached.
$600 Week 3  (Website LIVE...)
We'll send you an invoice for the FINAL $600.
This can be paid by check or online.
$15
updates
On-going maintenance  ( Updates requested...)
We have a 15 minute/$15 minimum update fee (not an hour minimum like others!) and even that goes on a running tab for you, so you don't get an invoice every time we update your website.

Content Management System  ( aka: CMS)
Some websites require constant updates and the companies that own them need to have the manpower, time, and desire to do so.  We can provide you with the tools to make this happen.  It's called CMS.  If you think you may need a Content Management System, ask us about it.
